Since I am the only one creating these items at Twinkletots Workshop, they are listed as finished products and ready to be shipped. What you see is what you get, ready to bring joy to your home!
What are the shipping and return policies for online orders, and how does local pickup work?
We offer free shipping on orders over $30! Please note that we do not ship any woodworking items like picnic tables or large tables due to their size and fragility. For returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. A refund will be issued after the item is received, inspected for damage, and confirmed to be unworn. Local pickup is available at our Fort Smith, Arkansas location; simply select this option during checkout.
Do you offer custom orders or personalization for your products?
At this time, we do not offer custom orders. Each item at Twinkletots Workshop is lovingly handcrafted using the materials we have on hand, ensuring a unique and special touch for every piece.
